Senior Services Manager | Data Centre 

A leading contractor is seeking a Senior Services Manager to play a key role in the delivery of a major data centre project in Melbourne.

This is a key leadership role responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of all building services packages across a complex mission-critical project.

The Role Reporting into the Project Director, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of the services function from design development through construction delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead the management and coordination of all services disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services
  • Drive services design coordination, constructability reviews and technical resolution throughout project delivery
  • Manage consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders across the services function
  • Coordinate procurement activities and monitor critical services programmes and project milestones
  • Review services documentation, shop drawings and technical submissions
  • Identify and manage services-related risks, interfaces and delivery challenges
  • Ensure quality, compliance and project objectives are achieved across all services packages
  • Provide technical leadership to the project team and support successful project delivery from design through construction
About You
  • Proven experience as a Senior Services Manager, Services Manager, MEP Manager or similar
  • Strong understanding of building services systems and complex project delivery
  • Experience delivering major projects within data centres, critical infrastructure, healthcare, industrial or comparable environments
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary consultants, subcontractors and stakeholder groups
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of D&C project environments
