With a strong forward workload and several major projects secured, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their Auckland team and play a key role in delivering a landmark specialist fitout project.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the day to day site operations, leading construction activities from programme through to completion. Working alongside a highly experienced project team, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage programme, drive health and safety, ensure quality standards are achieved and maintain strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders.
This project involves a highly technical fitout within a complex operational environment, making it an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager who enjoys delivering challenging, high quality projects.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
- Demonstrated experience delivering large scale projects valued at $50m+ within New Zealand or Australia
- Experience managing complex fitout, healthcare, laboratory or services intensive projects will be highly regarded
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate subcontractors and motivate site teams to achieve programme, quality and safety outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant construction qualification
