This is a newly created role joining the Brisbane Service Delivery team. The position works closely with customers, Sales, Networking and Facilities teams to coordinate the delivery of customer services and IT infrastructure requests across the data centre environment.
The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing service requests from initiation through to completion, ensuring activities are delivered accurately, on time and with clear communication throughout the process. This includes coordinating internal teams, vendors, installations, connectivity requests and customer updates while maintaining accurate records and ticket management.
The role is operationally focused and highly process-driven, suited to someone organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. It’s a strong opportunity for someone wanting to develop toward Project Management or broader Service Delivery career pathways over time.
