This is a design-led, high-spec build , requiring someone who understands the level of detail, coordination, and craftsmanship that comes with bespoke residential projects.
The Role:
- Lead site delivery on a $70M luxury residence
- Manage trades, sequencing, and day-to-day operations
- Drive quality, finishes, and program outcomes
- Work closely with clients, architects, and consultants
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on luxury residential projects
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes and bespoke construction
- Ability to manage client expectations and design teams
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and pride in delivery
