We’re working with a fast-growing builder based in the Sutherland Shire, delivering a mix of high-quality residential renovations, new builds, and emerging commercial projects.

With a strong pipeline and an ambitious growth trajectory, they are now looking to bring on a hands-on Site Manager / Foreman to support the next phase of the business.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a growth leadership role within a tight-knit, high-performing team.

The Role

• Oversee 2–3 projects concurrently (renovations, extensions, light commercial)
• Lead site teams and subcontractors
• Interpret plans and drive delivery from start to finish
• Manage programme, sequencing, and day-to-day site operations
• Remain hands-on where required

About You

• Carpentry background essential
• Experience delivering residential projects ($200K–$1.5M+)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confident reading and interpreting plans
• Looking to step up into a broader leadership role
