My client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join them on a high-profile defence. This opportunity is with an estabslished company
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Lead and manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site policies, and defence project requirements
- Drive program adherence and proactively manage delays or issues
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure all works meet specifications
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders
- Manage site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman on large-scale construction projects ($30M+)
- Previous defence project experience is essential
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive performance on site
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and safety standards
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment
- Relevant trade or construction qualifications
