My client is seeking a seasoned Site Supervisor to join them on a contract basis for an $80M new build project. This opportunity is with a reputable Tier 2 head contractor with a high-performing team of professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established head contractor on a major project with strong support, systems, and long-term pipeline of work.
Ideally, this individual must have strong experience in structures or Class 2 new-build projects.
- Contract Length: 6 months+
- ABN / PAYG - hourly + daily rates
- Immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations on a large-scale construction project
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Drive quality assurance across structural and finishing works
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to meet program milestones
- Maintain site compliance with WHS and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on Class 2 buildings and/or structural new builds
- Previous experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractors highly regarded
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and structural packages
- Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver to tight programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and project outcomes
