SITE SUPERVOR / FOREMAN
Luxury Residential | Sydney

Boutique builder delivering high-end residential projects across Sydney is looking to bring on a capable Site Supervisor / Foreman to support delivery across upcoming luxury residential works.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who genuinely knows how to build, takes pride in quality and can proactively manage site activity without needing constant direction.

Projects sit within the luxury residential space ranging circa $5M–$10M.

The Role:
• Day-to-day site coordination
• Driving programme and subcontractor management
• Quality control and defect prevention
• Working closely with project delivery team
• Managing trades onsite and maintaining standards
• Strong focus on accountability, communication and proactive problem solving

What They’re Looking For:
• Background within luxury residential or boutique construction
• Practical building knowledge and onsite leadership capability
• Able to read drawings and coordinate trades effectively
• Organised and proactive approach
• Comfortable using modern construction software / digital platforms
• Strong attitude and willingness to learn

This team values good people, practical builders and long-term fit over ego.

Salary: Circa $150 - 200 + Super
