An opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor (or Site Manager) to deliver a short-term D&C re-roof project.
This role is suited to someone who can step in and confidently run day-to-day site operations, coordinating an already procured subcontractor team while maintaining programme, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily site activities and subcontractor coordination
- Drive safety, quality, and programme outcomes
- Run toolbox talks, inductions, and site compliance
- Maintain project documentation (SWMS, ITPs, permits) via Hammertech
- Oversee working at heights and crane lift operations
- Strong experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager with T2 experience
- Demonstrated working at heights competency (essential)
- Proven experience coordinating crane lifts (essential)
- Familiarity with Hammertech systems
Short-term contract with immediate start – ideal for a hands-on supervisor who can hit the ground running.
