This year marks a milestone we’re incredibly proud of - 10 years since Redpath Partners opened its doors in Dubai.

Since 2014, our team has grown into the go-to recruitment partner for the Property and Construction sectors across the Middle East. What started as a bold step into a new region has become a decade of meaningful partnerships, long-term placements, and lasting impact.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve delivered more than 1,000 executive placements and achieved an average of 34% year-on-year revenue growth. Our Dubai office now stands as a key part of our global business, and the team has the longest tenure in the local market, which speaks volumes about our culture and commitment.

From helping professionals make their first move into the region to supporting some of the most recognisable names in the industry, we’re proud of the role we’ve played in shaping careers and building the future of the built environment in the Middle East.
