Hong Kong team
Simon started his career in recruitment in London Jan 2000 working for the UK’s largest recruitment firm specialising within the Real Estate and Design sector.
In March 2006 he moved with them to Asia and was one of the original members when they launched in Hong Kong. He was integral in the initial set up and successful expansion of this business across the region, managing a number of teams across different specialism and locations in Asia Pacific
In Jan 2012 he moved to TTP Consulting where he was responsible for setting up, managing and growing the real estate and design business.
In August 2018 he Joined Redpath Partners as Director focussed on expanding our capability across the development, Construction, Corporate Real Estate and Design businesses. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience recruiting within these disciplines with both international and local firms for middle management and senior level appointments. He has forged strong relationships with senior recruiting partners and candidates alike, building a leading reputation within this market.
Jacky joined Redpath Partners in February 2017 to build and expand the Construction business; From Design & Build to Construction Management for Infrastructure, Commercial and Residential developments. Prior to joining Redpath, Jacky gained 3 years of recruitment experience within the Construction sector in Hong Kong.
Having worked for 5 years as a Civil Engineer with a Global Engineering Design Consultancy in Hong Kong Jacky is well positioned in the market to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies. With a strong technical background and industry knowledge, Jacky has a proven track record of delivering recruitment solutions at all levels for multinational clients.
Jacky holds a BSc of Science from University of Northern British Columbia and a MSc in Environmental Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Alice joined Redpath Partners in March 2016 to focus on building the team’s capability within Private Equity Real Estate across Asia Pacific.
Alice graduated in 2012 with a degree in Spanish from the University of Leeds, having spent a year in Mexico City as part of her course. After graduating, she spent four years working in London in a boutique recruitment consultancy and prior to joining Redpath Partners, Alice was operating as a Researcher for executive search business Odgers Berndtson in London, with a focus on the Real Estate and Infrastructure markets across the UK.
Alice brings an in-depth research methodology to the Property team and an understanding of the global Real Assets sector.
Ryan joined Redpath Partners in March 2016 to help build out capability within the Project Management, Corporate Real Estate and Design fields across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Redpath, Ryan worked for a boutique recruitment business focusing on the Construction and Design markets in Hong Kong.
Ryan’s personable approach and high levels of industry engagement ensure long-lasting relationships that are mutually beneficial to all. He has a proven track record of providing search and recruitment solutions to both the Creative Design and Project Management markets in Asia utilising his in-depth industry knowledge.
Ryan holds a BA in Geography from the University of Portsmouth and is passionate about sport and travelling in his spare time
Fay joined Redpath Partners in August 2017 to focus on the real estate development markets across Greater China. Prior to joining Redpath Partners in 2017, Fay has 3 years of professional and recruitment services experience with international consultancies in Hong Kong. Having lived in the Canada and Hong Kong, Fay is well versed in working with a diverse portfolio of clients and candidates in the region. She was previously a PwC trained auditor with a BBA in Accounting and Finance.
With a passion for delivering optimum solutions and establishing lasting and constructive partnership with all stakeholders, Fay will continue to action on Redpath Partners’ commitment to develop key relationships in the region through transparency and market knowledge.
Shan Valla Bradley
Shan trained at the prestigious Royal College of Art in London and subsequently ran her retail design studio in the UK for several years before she moved into design-focused recruitment for a leading boutique agency where she used her industry knowledge and design network to successfully manage the UK interiors team. In 2013 Shan relocated with the business to Hong Kong where she later moved on to run the office, working with leading architecture and design studios across Asia.
Having joined Redpath in 2020, Shan is now Principal of Architecture & Design within the HK office, using her extensive recruitment experience and knowledge of the market to work with a portfolio of high-profile clients across Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and SE Asia. Shan puts value in understanding the background and culture of her clients and building strong relationships with her candidates which has allowed her to develop a strong network in the regions that she covers.
After seven years of Construction and Property recruitment in the UK for a leading boutique consultancy, where Alistair successfully managed a team of consultants within project management, building services and critical engineering covering the London market. In 2018 he relocated to Hong Kong working for a large international consultancy, before joining Redpath Partners in Nov 2019. As a Senior Consultant he has come on board to help strengthen our technical capabilities within the Corporate Real Estate and Project Management sector covering Hong Kong, China and SE Asia. Alistair is passionate about developing strong and meaningful relationships within the industry, taking the time to understanding the needs of both client and candidate are at the core of his approach.
Charlie joined Redpath Partners in November 2018 focusing on Construction and Engineering sectors Across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Redpath Partners, Charlie worked in a global listed recruitment firm focusing on Construction, Property and Engineering industry in Hong Kong. She has a proven track record of providing recruitment solutions to multinational companies in Hong Kong.
Graduating with a Civil and Structural Engineering degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Charlie acquires in-depth understanding of the talent as well as job pools.
With strong determination and dedication to offer unparallel recruitment strategies, Charlie will strive to build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Terence joined Redpath Partners in 2021 and focuses on the Real Estate development sector in Greater Bay Area and Hong Kong. Prior to that, he has over 3 years professional consulting experience with a global listed recruitment generalist group.
He holds a BSc of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth that enables him to assist clients and candidates with a strong human resource mindset and knowledge.
Kaylee joined Redpath Partners in 2019 to focus on Property, Real Estate and Construction in Hong Kong. With ambition in assessing the market, she strives to build rapports and develop win-win relationships with various stakeholders with in-depth market knowledge.
She has a strong background in sales across multiple disciplines including luxury retail and property management, giving her significant insight in adding value to our clients’ needs. Kaylee graduated from the City University of Hong Kong and holds a Bachelor degree in Arts.
Jocelyn re-joined Redpath Partners in 2018 to take up the role as Office Manager in Hong Kong. For the last two years Jocelyn has travelled around Asia including a stint working and living in Korea.
Prior to joining Redpath Partners, Jocelyn had 2 years experience in pre-sale support and customer service. With her passion, energetic personality and organization skills, she provides support for the entire team on daily administration and recruitment operations.
