Simon started his career in recruitment in London Jan 2000 working for the UK’s largest recruitment firm specialising within the Real Estate and Design sector.
In March 2006 he moved with them to Asia and was one of the original members when they launched in Hong Kong. He was integral in the initial set up and successful expansion of this business across the region, managing a number of teams across different specialism and locations in Asia Pacific
In Jan 2012 he moved to TTP Consulting where he was responsible for setting up, managing and growing the real estate and design business.
In August 2018 he Joined Redpath Partners as Director focussed on expanding our capability across the development, Construction, Corporate Real Estate and Design businesses. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience recruiting within these disciplines with both international and local firms for middle management and senior level appointments. He has forged strong relationships with senior recruiting partners and candidates alike, building a leading reputation within this market.
Jacky joined Redpath Partners in February 2017 to build and expand the Property & Construction business; From Design & Build to Construction Management for Infrastructure, Commercial and Residential developments. Prior to joining Redpath, Jacky gained 3 years of recruitment experience within the Construction sector in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore.
Having worked for 5 years as a Civil Engineer with a Global Engineering Design Consultancy in Hong Kong Jacky is well positioned in the market to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies. With a strong technical background and industry knowledge, Jacky has a proven track record of delivering recruitment solutions at all levels for multinational clients.
Jacky holds a BSc of Science from University of Northern British Columbia and a MSc in Environmental Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Penny joined Redpath Partners in 2023 as the Head of China to lead the China team. Before joining Redpath Partners, she has spent over 8 years with Macdonald & Company Hong Kong Office to set up and grow their China business. She has covered senior executive search for investment, development and real estate services clients in China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Penny is originally from China, she finished her MBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong when she moved to HK and before that she worked for Shui On Land in Shanghai for 6 years, where she joined as a Management Trainee with job rotations in Commercial, Project Development and BD departments. With her fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Penny has a strong focus on developing the Greater China market with a real passion for the Real Estate industry.
Vivian has over 9 years of recruitment experience in the global real estate industry. Holding a BSc and MSc degree in Engineering from Shanghai University, Vivian commenced her recruitment career in the Investment and Finance sectors in 2014 and successfully filled positions related to capital raising, investment, asset management, finance, fund management, ranging from junior positions to CEO level positions, located in Greater China, Singapore, Japan, Australia as well as US and UK.
Vivian joined Redpath to further expand and strengthen the firm’s market-leading Investment team in Asia. Partnering with private equity companies, fund managers, investors and financial advisory specialists, Vivian has built a reputation as a leading Investment recruiter, recognised for her market knowledge and ability to source best-in-class professionals for specialised positions.
Ryan joined Redpath Partners in March 2016 to help build out capability within the Project Management, Corporate Real Estate and Design fields across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Redpath, Ryan worked for a boutique recruitment business focusing on the Construction and Design markets in Hong Kong.
Ryan’s personable approach and high levels of industry engagement ensure long-lasting relationships that are mutually beneficial to all. He has a proven track record of providing search and recruitment solutions to both the Creative Design and Project Management markets in Asia utilising his in-depth industry knowledge.
Ryan holds a BA in Geography from the University of Portsmouth and is passionate about sport and travelling in his spare time
Based in Hong Kong, Fay is a Principal at Redpath Partners leading recruitment and executive searches for private & institutional real estate investors and property developers across key technical specialism in Greater China.
With eight years of professional servicing and talent acquisition experiences, she is well versed in working with senior executives offering comprehensive human capital advisory services to develop robust long-term partnerships.
Fay has delivered against several complex mandates building human resources capabilities for our clients across all real estate asset classes. She previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
Fay is passionate about connecting ideas to re-injecting humanness between the bricks (built environment). She is currently Co-Chair of Young Leaders at ULI Hong Kong leading a key series called Re-injecting Purpose into Real Estate – with themes surrounding tech, sustainability/ESG, and new concepts in various formats. It aims to foster opportunities for leaders in the industry and local interest groups to come together and redefine what we do to create shared and added values that innovate the way we think, work, and live.
Terence joined Redpath Partners in 2021 and focuses on the real estate development and asset management sector in Greater Bay Area and Hong Kong for Property Developers. Prior to that, he has over 3 years professional consulting experience with a global-listed recruitment group leading a team of 5. With over 5 years of intensive work experience, Terence is trained to recruiting at all levels in the industry with ability to assist clients and candidates in providing leading industrial knowledge, market trend while holding strong human resource mindset to place the right people in the right place at the right time.
He holds a BSc of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth.
Kaylee joined Redpath Partners in 2019 to focus on Property, Real Estate and Construction in Hong Kong. With ambition in assessing the market, she strives to build rapports and develop win-win relationships with various stakeholders with in-depth market knowledge.
She has a strong background in sales across multiple disciplines including luxury retail and property management, giving her significant insight in adding value to our clients’ needs. Kaylee graduated from the City University of Hong Kong and holds a Bachelor degree in Arts.
Jocelyn re-joined Redpath Partners in 2018 to take up the role as Office Manager in Hong Kong. For the last two years Jocelyn has travelled around Asia including a stint working and living in Korea.
Prior to joining Redpath Partners, Jocelyn had 2 years experience in pre-sale support and customer service. With her passion, energetic personality and organization skills, she provides support for the entire team on daily administration and recruitment operations.
