Will joined Redpath in September 2023 as the Head of Singapore, where he is responsible for Redpath’s Singapore customer base.

With extensive experience recruiting Property professionals in the UK, European & Asia-Pacific Investment, Asset Management and Fund Management markets, Will has previously held senior positions at boutique and global Property recruitment agencies. He prides his personal and professional approach to both his clients and candidates to deliver meaningful results.

Mabelene joined Redpath Partners Singapore office in July 2024, where she is responsible for leading our Finance function across Real Estate/Real Assets sectors.

With extensive experience across the Asia Real Estate Finance and Corporate Services markets, Mabelene has built a reputation as a leading headhunter, recognised for her market knowledge and ability to source best- in- class professionals. She possesses deep networks among the management and leadership communities since starting her recruitment in 2015.

Prior to joining Redpath Partners, Mabelene was responsible for leading the Finance and Accounting divisions of other global Property recruitment agencies.
