Nick Redpath co-founder of Redpath Partners, brings with him a wealth of experience having solely worked in Property and Construction Recruitment since graduating. His position prior to forming Redpath Partners was Joint Managing Director of Judd Farris Australasia which at that point in time was the largest privately owned Property and Construction Recruitment specialist in Australia and Asia.

Oliver Redpath, co-founder of Redpath Partners, has extensive experience growing and managing recruitment entities across Asia Pacific and North America.

Oliver’s client contact has always focussed on the areas of Property Investment and Fund Management. Having lived and worked in some of the world’s most prominent cities for institutional property activity he possesses a far reaching professional network that can be utilised by customers.

Managing Partner

With over 15 years of experience in real estate recruitment, Ben has established a reputation as a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional in the industry. Originally from the UK, Ben made the move to Australia in 2007 and has since built a successful career as a Managing Partner at Redpath Partners.

At Redpath Partners, Ben leverages his expertise to recruit top talent for a range of businesses from Funds Management Groups and Investment Managers through to Private Equity Groups, offshore Pension Funds and Sovereign Wealth Funds. With a deep understanding of the Australian real estate market, Ben is able to connect his clients with the right candidates to drive their businesses forward.

Ben’s commitment to his clients and passion for real estate recruitment has led to long-standing relationships with some of the industry’s leading organisations. Ben takes a consultative approach to his work, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements, and helping them to build high-performing teams.

Managing Partner

Jay has a career within the recruitment sector spanning 20+ years both in the UK and Australia. Prior to Redpath Jay was responsible for building and leading the construction and property business in Sydney for a globally recognised recruitment service provider. Jay brings with him a wealth of knowledge right across the project lifecycle having worked in every sector from design to build to facility management. Over the years he has fostered long-term working relationships in both the private and public sectors and is well networked with local industry professionals.

Director

Based in the Sydney office, Rhian specialises in recruiting for our Property Development clients and works closely with leaders of private firms as well as property institutions in order to build capability for all asset classes.

With over 15 years’ experience gained from specialist recruitment and commercial lead roles, Rhian has successfully led talent attraction projects across multiple business sectors. She utilises her ability to listen to requirements, identify the best solution and develop a strong and strategic partnership with all parties throughout the process whilst being transparent and diligent – qualities at the core of Redpath Partners’ commitment to a partnering approach.

Associate Director

Erin Dixson is a specialist property recruiter focusing purely on the Australian Retail Industry. This ranging from all facets of property such as Asset and Investment Management, Leasing, and all roles to do within the shopping centre sphere. This including the full suite of seniority from operational through to strategic management.

Erin demonstrates over 8 + years of recruitment experience working with both large Australian and International REITS, boutique property groups, agencies and retailers.

She is known for her tenacity and a personable operator. Her approach is rewarded consistently with repeat business from her loyal clients.

Associate Director

Joel Eve is an Associate Director within our Sydney-based Property team, specialising in Asset and Capital Management. He has enjoyed a career with both globally recognised recruitment companies and boutique agencies, in the UK and Sydney.

After a successful 7 years in the recruitment industry managing successful desks and prosperous teams in different industries, Joel made the transfer to Redpath Partners and has quickly built on the existing network in the Property team.

Joel has made a successful career in the recruitment industry by offering high levels of service to both companies and job-seekers alike. He prides himself on providing both candidates and clients with the same level of respect and service at all times, adding value at each step in the process.

Principal Consultant

Bella has joined our Retail Property team as a Senior Consultant responsible for resourcing mid to senior level appointments across Marketing, Investment, Leasing, Centre and Asset Management. Bella is a highly capable executive recruitment consultant whose proven entrepreneurial ability and commercial acumen provides a high touch service offering to our Retail clients and talent networks alike.

Following her marketing role for global fashion house Giorgio Armani, Bella carved success on the Seven Network’s “ My Restaurant Rules” in 2006 and founded the renowned Pink Salt Hospitality group with restaurants and bars in both Sydney’s seaside suburbs of Manly and Double Bay. Bella’s success has been recognised by her peers within the hospitality and wider business communities, where she has been a past winner of Women in Business awards and in recognition of her ongoing community activity and commitments, Bella was named as an Australian Ambassador 2011 for Australia Day, a 2014 Guest Style Blogger for Tempus Two Wines and is a Ronald McDonald House Ambassador. Bella also completed her Certificate Level 1 in Corporate Styling from the prestigious Style Core Institute in Los Angeles in June 2015.

Prior to Redpath, Bella managed the Marketing and Corporate Affairs portfolio for an executive Marketing recruitment boutique firm and specialised in the Consumer, Retail, Finance and Banking markets.

Principal Consultant

Introducing Kelly, a professional based in Sydney, boasting over 14 years of invaluable experience within the market. Currently aligned with Redpath Partners, Kelly takes pride in her specialisation within the Construction sector, previously contributing significantly to Adelaide’s vibrant industry landscape.

With a fervent dedication to fostering business growth through meaningful relationships, Kelly stands out as a principal consultant who thrives in dynamic, high-performance environments. Her innate ability to bring out the best in candidates and clients alike is a testament to her passion for building strong partnerships.

Beyond her recruitment prowess, Kelly’s commitment to championing diversity and inclusion in the construction field is unwavering. Coming from a property background, Jonny spent the first eight years of his career in residential development sales in Central London. Working for both a boutique surveying practise and major global real estate services & investment firm CBRE , Jonny has a real passion for the property industry. Since relocating to Sydney over six years ago Jonny made the natural transition into property recruitment. He now specialises in Asset and Capital management roles nationally and which span across multiple asset classes. Jonny prides his personal and professional approach to both his clients and candidates to deliver meaningful results.

Senior Consultant

Morag is a Senior Consultant at Redpath Partners, specialising in Civil Infrastructure across NSW.

With over 5 years recruitment experience, working for a global agency within the construction, property and engineering sectors, Morag has a great understanding of the construction process, along with running a quality recruitment assignment.

Morag prides herself on building lasting relationships with both her clients and candidates, whilst operating in a professional consultative manner to ensure significant results.

Originally from Ireland, Matthew brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Civil sector. As a recruitment Consultant with expertise in Civil Infrastructure positions working with a number of Civil Contractors nationally.

Billy specialises in representing businesses across all tiers and Construction opportunities within the Property Development sector. He excels in delivering results on project-based and strategic resourcing assignments, spanning from Site to White Collar Executive levels.

With nearly two years of experience in recruiting senior and executive-level professionals on a global scale, Billy has honed his skills in executive search assignments, catering exclusively to individual client needs. Originally from the UK, he has now settled in Sydney and is eager to leverage his international experience having cultivated lasting relationships with clients across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.

Renowned for his proactive approach and ability to forge meaningful connections at all levels, Billy is passionate about contributing to the vibrant development and construction landscape of Sydney and New South Wales.

CFO

Jaymie is a Chartered Accountant and began working with Redpath Partners Pty Ltd several years ago while working in public practice. Her energy and attention to detail encouraged Redpath Partners to offer her a new role of Finance Manager. Her engaging personality and relaxed disposition has helped her fit in to the Redpath Partners’ culture!

Jaymie has over 10 years’ experience working with SMEs and has assisted them with a range of matters including preparation and analysis of management accounts, forecasting cash flows, transition to online accounting software, managing business sales and tax compliance.

Financial Accountant

Graci joined Redpath Partners in 2015 and has over 2 years commercial experience as an accountant. She has a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting and is looking forward to becoming a qualified CPA.

Working closely with the Finance Director and Group Financial Accountant, she is responsible for delivering accurate financial and management reporting for the Redpath Group. Graci has fantastic organisational skills and is passionate about improving processes and procedures.

Financial Accountant

Gabrielle recently joined Redpath as a Financial Accountant in 2023 following six years at an insurance industry association, and brought with her a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. She holds a Master of Professional Accounting and is currently completing the Chartered Accountants program with CAANZ.

She works alongside the Finance Director and Financial Accountant in handling the financial reporting and management accounting for the company.
Gabrielle is committed to continuing her professional development and staying current with industry standards and regulations.

Executive Administrator - Development

Kristen Suann prides herself on an exceptional level of customer service to all visitors at the office, She achieves high results in all her tasks and provides first class support to the team and Managing Directors. In the past 5 years Kristen has previously provided administrative support in Sydney for a globally recognised recruitment service provider where her ‘can do’ attitude provides impeccable skills gained from her previous experience.
