Nick Redpath co-founder of Redpath Partners, brings with him a wealth of experience having solely worked in Property and Construction Recruitment since graduating. His position prior to forming Redpath Partners was Joint Managing Director of Judd Farris Australasia which at that point in time was the largest privately owned Property and Construction Recruitment specialist in Australia and Asia.
Oliver Redpath, co-founder of Redpath Partners, has extensive experience growing and managing recruitment entities across Asia Pacific and North America.
Oliver’s client contact has always focussed on the areas of Property Investment and Fund Management. Having lived and worked in some of the world’s most prominent cities for institutional property activity he possesses a far reaching professional network that can be utilised by customers.
Ben is a Director within our Property division and has a core focus on the Office and Industrial sectors across Australia. With over 12 years’ experience he has a client base that spans the REIT sector, private equity groups, off-shore groups, agencies, private owners, investment banks and boutique funds management platforms. Key areas of recruitment include Funds Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, Capital Transactions, Analytics, Sales and Leasing, Valuations, Research and Property Management.
Jay has a career within the recruitment sector spanning 16 years both in the UK and Australia. In the past 13 years Jay was responsible for building and leading the construction and property business in Sydney for a globally recognised recruitment service provider. Jay brings with him a wealth of knowledge right across the project lifecycle having worked in every sector from design to build to facility management. Over the years he has fostered long-term working relationships in both the private and public sectors and is well networked with local industry professionals.
Based in the Sydney office, Rhian specialises in recruiting for our Property Development clients and works closely with leaders of private firms as well as property institutions in order to build capability for all asset classes.
With over 15 years’ experience gained from specialist recruitment and commercial lead roles, Rhian has successfully led talent attraction projects across multiple business sectors. She utilises her ability to listen to requirements, identify the best solution and develop a strong and strategic partnership with all parties throughout the process whilst being transparent and diligent – qualities at the core of Redpath Partners’ commitment to a partnering approach.
Erin Dixson is a specialist property recruiter focusing purely on the Australian Retail Industry. This ranging from all facets of property such as Asset and Investment Management, Leasing, and all roles to do within the shopping centre sphere. This including the full suite of seniority from operational through to strategic management.
Erin demonstrates over 8 + years of recruitment experience working with both large Australian and International REITS, boutique property groups, agencies and retailers.
She is known for her tenacity and a personable operator. Her approach is rewarded consistently with repeat business from her loyal clients.
Bella has joined our Retail Property team as a Senior Consultant responsible for resourcing mid to senior level appointments across Marketing, Investment, Leasing, Centre and Asset Management. Bella is a highly capable executive recruitment consultant whose proven entrepreneurial ability and commercial acumen provides a high touch service offering to our Retail clients and talent networks alike.
Following her marketing role for global fashion house Giorgio Armani, Bella carved success on the Seven Network’s “ My Restaurant Rules” in 2006 and founded the renowned Pink Salt Hospitality group with restaurants and bars in both Sydney’s seaside suburbs of Manly and Double Bay. Bella’s success has been recognised by her peers within the hospitality and wider business communities, where she has been a past winner of Women in Business awards and in recognition of her ongoing community activity and commitments, Bella was named as an Australian Ambassador 2011 for Australia Day, a 2014 Guest Style Blogger for Tempus Two Wines and is a Ronald McDonald House Ambassador. Joel Eve is a Senior Consultant within our Sydney-based Property team, specialising in Asset and Capital Management. He has enjoyed a career with both globally recognised recruitment companies and boutique agencies, in the UK and Sydney.
After a successful 7 years in the recruitment industry managing successful desks and prosperous teams in different industries, Joel made the transfer to Redpath Partners and has quickly built on the existing network in the Property team.

Greg is an experienced recruitment professional who has previously worked with both global and domestic organisations here in Sydney. Coming from a property background, Jonny spent the first eight years of his career in residential development sales in Central London. Working for both a boutique surveying practise and major global real estate services & investment firm CBRE , Jonny has a real passion for the property industry. Since relocating to Sydney over six years ago Jonny made the natural transition into property recruitment. He now specialises in Asset and Capital management roles nationally and which span across multiple asset classes. Jonny prides his personal and professional approach to both his clients and candidates to deliver meaningful results.

Jack is an experienced recruitment consultant who has been in the industry for over five years. He joined Redpath business in 2022 and is based in the Sydney office. Jack’s area of expertise is Head Contractor Construction in the Building Sector, and he focuses solely on recruiting site-based construction professionals at all levels. Prior to joining Redpath, Jack worked for two leading Construction & Engineering agencies in the UK, where he gained invaluable experience in recruitment and developed a deep understanding of the technical markets. Matthew works in the Redpath Partners construction team based in Sydney.
Originally from Ireland, he brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in the construction sector. His focus is the New Build client base, focusing on site and office based white collar positions.
Jaymie is a Chartered Accountant and began working with Redpath Partners Pty Ltd several years ago while working in public practice. Her energy and attention to detail encouraged Redpath Partners to offer her a new role of Finance Manager. Her engaging personality and relaxed disposition has helped her fit in to the Redpath Partners’ culture!
Jaymie has over 10 years’ experience working with SMEs and has assisted them with a range of matters including preparation and analysis of management accounts, forecasting cash flows, transition to online accounting software, managing business sales and tax compliance.
Graci joined Redpath Partners in 2015 and has over 2 years commercial experience as an accountant. She has a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting and is looking forward to becoming a qualified CPA.
Working closely with the Finance Director and Group Financial Accountant, she is responsible for delivering accurate financial and management reporting for the Redpath Group. Graci has fantastic organisational skills and is passionate about improving processes and procedures.
Gabrielle recently joined Redpath as a Financial Accountant in 2023 following six years at an insurance industry association, and brought with her a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. She holds a Master of Professional Accounting and is currently completing the Chartered Accountants program with CAANZ.
She works alongside the Finance Director and Financial Accountant in handling the financial reporting and management accounting for the company.
Gabrielle is committed to continuing her professional development and staying current with industry standards and regulations.
