With extensive experience leading Construction, Property & Design teams across New Zealand, he has gained exposure with a great range of local and international clients and candidates.

With a true understanding behind building genuine partnerships, he has a proven track record in delivering key recruitment solutions which has led to an established network throughout New Zealand. With nearly a decade of expertise in recruitment in the New Zealand market, Casey excels in connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities.

With extensive experience previously working for a global recruitment firm, specialising in Permanent/Temporary recruitment for the Construction & Property industries. Prior to joining Redpath she has demonstrated proficiency in managing teams and locations remotely, showcasing her adaptability and leadership skills in diverse settings.

Known for her strategic approach and deep industry knowledge, Casey has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in the fast-paced world of recruitment.
